How do I create my birth list?
Creating your birth list is very simple, just log in to your account and Click here, Enter the title of your list and the message you want to write to your friends and relatives! Remember to check the Shareable box if you want to share your list with friends and relatives;)
How do I add a product to my birth list?
To add a product in your list just browse our site, choose the product you want, open it as if you were buying it and instead of clicking add to cart, select the ADD TO BIRTH LIST option. If you have created more than one, select the one in which you want to insert the article and click “send”.
How do I know what I have been given?
Those who buy you a gift have the opportunity to choose to send you a notification and to write a greeting message that will automatically reach you via email. If you do not receive any email, it means that the person who made the purchase preferred to surprise you and perhaps wants to bring it in person. You can check the status of the products purchased at any time by consulting your list, you will see them with the word BUY FOR (+ your name) next to them.
Can I customize the word BUY FOR (+ your name) with the name of my child?
No, the name is automatically generated and associated with the account that owns the list.
How do I consult my birth list?
You can constantly check and update your birth list by logging in to the site, in the MY ACCOUNT section you will find the list of all the lists you have created. By clicking on each one, you can check the status of each product.
How do I share my list?
Once you have created your list, if you scroll down the page you will find icons to share your list via email, Facebook, twitter or pinterest. Choose the method and app you like best!
Is it possible that the same product was purchased twice and that I have a duplicate?
It is not possible, once a product has been purchased there it will no longer be available for a subsequent purchase. Make sure to indicate the correct quantity for each selected product.
I want to collect all the products that my friends buy for me, how do I do it?
If you want to receive or collect directly the products that have been purchased from you, communicate it to your friends and relatives! How to do? When you create your list we have created a description box where you can write anything you want. Let your friends know here that you want to be the one to collect the products. We will take this into account when we receive orders for you and we will leave them waiting for you to collect them, or we will deliver them to you all together.
Why wasn’t the babycard credit on my birth list loaded immediately?
As in our Salina stores, the babycard points / credit of a birth list are only loaded when it is closed.
I want to put some products on my list aside, how do I do it?
As you know, our birth list is free and does not oblige you to purchase the products inserted in the event that they are not given to you. Everything you put on your list is available to order or available while stocks last. If a product is temporarily out of stock or out of production we will offer you to replace it with any other product in our eShop. However, if you wish to set aside some of the products on the list, because you already know that you will purchase them regardless of whether they are given to you or not, you can do so by contacting us at email@example.com and telling us which products you want to be put aside. We will ask you for a deposit equal to 20% of the value of that / those products and we will guarantee their availability. In the event that these products are then given to you for their entire amount, we will refund the amount of the deposit paid.
How do I insert gift cards into my birth list?
If you think someone is not sure what to give you from your list and you may find it useful to insert gift cards, just: Click on the gift card item on our menu without filling in any data and click the action add to the birth list. A zero value gift card will appear in your list. It will be whoever buys it to you to enter the amount they wish to give you. Our advice is to always add more than one;)
Can I create a private list ?
Of course, the birth list is actually a wish list. To see it, only you do not just stun the shareable option at the time of its creation!
Can I give the products in my list the order in the format I want?
The arrangement of the products within it is established on the basis of the temporal order in which you yourself add them. Once placed, it is not possible to change or view the products included in your list in a different way.
Why don’t I see the photos of the products on my list on my mobile phone?
This feature is currently unavailable. We are working to improve our service as quickly as possible!
